Peacox Community Market, commonly known as Peacox, was opened in the late 1960s by Floyd and Annie Mae Peacock. Four generations later, we are bringing the business back with a new vision. Peacox Market seeks to not only expand the access to fresh and affordable produce for East Raleigh communities, but also continue our legacy of simply being good neighbors.

Hi Raleigh! I am Jessica Peacock, owner and operator. I am passionate about food and community. I was raised in Raleigh and reopening my great-grandparents’ store is the best way for me to show my gratitude and appreciation for my hometown. I am excited to continue the legacy of service and look forward to meeting you!
